Losing Connection to Game Server on SIA/TET

I need an answer from Blizzard’s staff with an update from your side towards SIA/TET to see what your calculations say so I can close the case with our ISP!!!

Looking at the reporting for SIA, I’m seeing some pretty massive improvements starting on the 29th. Compared to the week prior there is 1/5 (estimated) the amount of disconnections per hour.

Keep in mind that due to things like unstable wifi, power outages, rage quitting and other reasons some number of disconnections is normal. Percentage-wise the graphs all look normal as of the 29th.

Should be safe to close the case with the ISP. Especially if you’re no longer experiencing the frequent disconnects.

This issue started same time when others started having in and I still keep getting disconnected every 30min-1h on daily basis. Just now captured on last 2 min when program was running the dc. Had to delete . in host addresses as forum considered them as links and I could not post the results.

I still get disconnected very often so this is not fixed :frowning: I lost lots of SR because of this. I have posted results separately in comment.

Also I need to mention that I am using optical cable and not wifi so my internet is fast and strong. No issues in other games.

The winMTR report looks pretty good, and the reporting for the service provider still looks fairly normal. This might be a different issue than the main topic. Be sure to try closing background applications, and troubleshooting security software.

I always close all other apps and no antivirus is preventing anything. Before I did not have any issues and all this dissconecting started together with others but never stopped fore me.

Has a packet loss of 2% and 3348 latency which corresponds to my experience to the main topic.

Another advice of mine would be to try to use google DNS to use different routes and see if the problem fixes.

Primary 8.8.8.8.
Secondary 8.8.4.4.

That particular node is just ignoring test packets. You can tell because later in the test the route goes back to normal. By and large we have stopped getting reports of this problem on your ISP other than the two of you. If you’re still having problems, there may be something else we need to help you with. Let’s try having you two contact support for more help.
