Do all omnics that look like him float or just him?

I always figured he just had like
butt boosties. Little rocket jets or hover generators in each butt cheek that we can’t see. Tasteful, though because having his pants billow in that area would just be rude and make it impossible to take him seriously.

Note that he’s the only Omnic we know of to attain enlightenment in the form of “Experience Tranquility”

Mondatta and his Pupils arn’t enkightened becaise Zenyatta actually followed a different style.

Where he formed bonds personally. Instead of preaching to the masses like Mondatta.

He floats on his smug. It’s like smog, except instead of being exhaust from combustion, it’s the hot air that comes from him spewing his moral superiority garbage.

Enlightenment does many amazing stuff that isn’t defined.

It gave him 3 more pairs of arms. It grants him invulnerability. It grants those he allies himself with nigh-invulnurability.

Considering floating is one of the clichĂ© ‘enlightened’ things. I think it came with the enlightenment

What can’t it do is the real question here?

That quote is referred to the question “Do omnics think?”, not exact quote but same meaning. It is not related to the floating.

I wish it was a bit more defined and tangible, because as it currently stays, its just magic. So there is magic in the world of OW.

Swimming in it’s base definition is

To propel the body through water by using the limbs, or (in the case of a fish or other aquatic animal) by using fins, tail, or other bodily movement.

So no, it does not swim.

It simply propels itself through the water but not with any limbs or fins that allow it to truly swim.
