The game will not let me open my 3 halloween lootboxes

Try pressing the preview button on the lootbox screen. You will most likely find default loot boxes because competive/quickplay rewards do not give Halloween lootboxes
I found them by pressing prev as well. However if they are won during the Halloween event should they not be Halloween Loot Boxes?
Role Queue bonus should be a normal box and it’s intended:
It shows I have 3 loot boxes, which I have earned, but when I go to open them the game won’t let me.
Use the prev button.
