I received a loot box from the Twitch drops, it appears as a notification but it won’t let me open it. I’ve restarted my game several times, still the same. This is like the second time it has happened to me, and it’s stolen both boxes so far.

This happened to me as well, even worse i tried to open it via the open loot boxes option in the menu and when that didn’t work i restarted my game and the lootbox was gone

An update, I opened Overwatch again this morning, checked and the notification was gone.
However, I checked the history of my loot boxes and apparently it will auto open whenever you log back on. Mine opened immediately upon log-in, so you could give it a check.

Got exactly the same thing.
Same thing happened to me, but none of the things that it said I should have now are there
