Lootbox from Twitch

So I claimed the lootbox from twitch and 2 is not appearing in game. My game was open when I claimed it so I dont know if its because of that. Is there a way to get those in my account?

I’ve gotten this bug too, no lootbox has appeared in my lootboxes tab after claiming the drop.

Seems my friend also didn’t receive 2/5 of the boxes because his game was open when he claimed. Was yours open?

Before I claimed the drop it said 19/20 lootboxes opened until guaranteed legendary. Even after claiming it, still says 19/20 opened.

My game wasn’t open.

Same on my side, seems like it really is just buggy. Hope they fix it.

Yeah i was wondering what happened because i am also missing 2 chests. This sucks because I would have enough for a legendary

I am only missing 1 out of the 5 loot box claims of my Twitch drops.

I am also missing 2 of the 5 lootboxes. I claimed 3, opened the game and only had 1. Came back later and had none after opening the 1 earlier. Claimed the remaining 2, and got those. But still missing 2 overall.

Same here I thought I was going crazy! I hope they fix it cuz I only received one out of the five

I have also claimed all 5 loot boxes, but none of them have been seen on my account.

Sometimes you have to wait a few hours
