Loot boxes visible in the main menu but not in the loot box menu

Loot box earned, visible in the main menu but not in the loot box menu.
It’s just disappeared after 1 second in the menu.

maybe you need to switch between event loot box and normal box inside the menu

Can confirm this was my issue as well. Tank loot box reward was not an event loot box.

I am having this same issue, but it doesn’t disappear.

As a reminder everyone, you are probably earning standard loot boxes from playing an impacted role in either Quick Play or Competitive Play. To locate your missing loot boxes follow these instructions:

  1. Go to your Loot Box Menu
  2. Look for the blue PREVIOUS button below the grayed out image of the Loot Box and click it to reveal any Standard Loot Boxes waiting to be opened.
