Hello,
i have 2 lootboxes wich show up in the menu but when i want to open them they are not there. I know i earned them but i cannot seem to find them anywhere.
hope this can be resolved.

Hey there cybevenom!
This is a common issue during events because you can gain normal lootboxes and event lootboxes.
You can still get normal lootboxes from the rewards you get for playing a specific role.
If you’re a PC user then you can switch between lootbox type at the bottom of the lootbox screen by using the [PREV] or [NEXT] buttons.
I’m unsure, but if you are a console player you can switch between lootbox types with the bump buttons in the lootbox screen.
