I won a match. I played a support character and I got awarded a loot box. But when I get to open them, I see no loot boxes. (Sorry for my bad English)

Hello there!
You can still get normal lootboxes from playing a specific role.
Are you playing on Console or on PC?
If you’re on console
Use the [BUMP] buttons on your controller on the lootbox screen to switch between lootbox type.
If you’re on PC
Use the [PREV] or [NEXT] buttons at the bottom of the lootbox screen, this way you’ll switch between lootbox type.
