I don’t know the answer to your first question but apparently they’re gonna give out like 100 lootboxes throughout S15. Might just be a one time thing but who knows?
As to your second question, all shop skins will be available in them except for the ones in the current season. Including legendaries. And the legendary drop rate will be about 5%
They explain the LB in the video yesterday … I dont remember all the details… but I believe we get 5 from a weekly challenge not 100% cuz I have slept and been in pain since than…
But dont get ur hopes up… LB will be mostly full of the cheap skins u can get for 75 white coins along with sprays, charms, and emotes
