earned lootbox and it shows in yellow on main title screen click “open loot box” and its blank and zero and no loot box to open plz help

Again, you simply got regular loot boxes for playing tank or support.
Blizzard is not awarding people with Halloween loot boxes for when you choose a role that is needed with role queue.
When you try to open a loot box, simply scroll left or right and you will find your loot boxes.
