Good evening,
My apologies for posting such a stupid non-issue but I watched 2 hours for the free loot box as I was 19/20 on loot boxes till I got a legendary. When I opened the game, it said I had a box, but when I clicked on it, it was not there. I re-opened the game just to see if it was a glitch. I didn’t get my loot box and my progress reset back to 0/20. I know its a minor thing to be upset over but I was really looking forward to it. Not sure if this was a common bug but I figured I’d report it just in case!
Update: found it! it just glitched out and did not show. def something that should be fixed in the future however
