Date of Occurrence: Season 15 launch day
Issue Description:
On the day Season 15 started, I encountered an issue where the number of opened loot boxes did not match the expected count.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Received 5 loot boxes from the Discord Quest.
- Earned 10 loot boxes from an event.
- Obtained 3 weekly loot boxes.
- Initially, I couldn’t open the 5 loot boxes from the Discord Quest.
- After restarting the game, a few items were added, but the number of opened loot boxes displayed before reaching the legendary loot box was only 2.
- Additionally, I couldn’t open 5 of the event loot boxes. After restarting the game, they were automatically opened.
- I manually opened the remaining loot boxes, but the total count displayed before the legendary loot box was only 15.
Expected Result:
The total number of opened loot boxes before receiving a guaranteed legendary item should be 18.
Actual Result:
Only 15 loot boxes were counted as opened. If the missing 3 loot boxes were actually opened, the count should be 18 instead.
Additional Information:
- Some loot boxes seem to have disappeared or were automatically opened.
- I initially contacted the Korean customer support team, but they were unable to resolve the issue, so I am reporting it here.
Request:
Please check if some loot boxes disappeared or were automatically opened. If there is an issue with the loot box count display, I would appreciate it if this bug could be fixed.
