Skins that I have acquired from loot boxes in-game are disappearing from my inventory one by one at random without notice.
Including, but not limited to: Juno - Celestial, Lifeweaver - Eros, Torbjörn - Steampunk.
I am absolutely certain that I had these skins before because, if equipped, the hero will revert back to their default skin when it disappears.
