Not sure if you’ve already been contacted about team coaches but I would love to express my interest. I would love to hear more about you and your team and what you are aiming to achieve.
A little bit about me; I have been through several professional coaching courses in areas from business to personal growth and development. I love Overwatch and I am looking to coach to help teams enjoy the game more. My SR is currently 2156 which I know is lower than your team average. My philosophy is that you do not need to be a Grandmaster to be able to identify the most important areas for improvement. I have coached several athletic sports teams and believe in developing individual ability as well as the communication, cooperation, and comradery of the team.
