Lol saddest bug ever?

So my Mercy face is broken, shes permanently sad… I scaned all my files on both PTR and live servers, and she is still SAD!!! God HELP MERCY. Any idea how to fix it?

I run 1080 gtx and drivers are up to date. I think issue started after winter wonderland launch… how can I attach pictures? https://youtu.be/YEe6rvEfNBo

edit: I see this issue in other heroes as well, just didn’t notice before…

She is sad because of all the nerfs and the lack of people playing her, please show her love.

No I posted something and then deleted it, My comment was that Mercy was Sad and nobody is showing her love so that’s why she is constantly sad.
