Hog, bastion, doomfist, widow, genji, sombra. the only noobstomp that hasnt been nerfed is moira.
Lol every hero is a nood stomp hero no nood would get any value with these heros so ya sounds like a bronze take

I’d argue it’s less “noob stomp” and more “oneshot combos”, “touch of deaths”, and oneshots.
But it’s also partially “nerf flankers to act as indirect buffs to Supports”. Which does cover Moira.
So if they changed Moira, it would probably be something that makes her not want to jump into the enemy backline so much.

Torbjorn and Junkrat are the ultimate noob stompers. None of those heroes you named aside from Hog really fall under that category.

Bastion is definitely a noob stomper, am diamond Support and DPS but Silver tank and you’d be surprised how much he gets away with in that ELO.
Not realy the main problem is new players use it wrong and get jumped most of the time hes 8th in bronze soldier is more of a nood stomper
More like you’re a noob if you die to a turret that you fail to kill in seconds.

I doubt she will be, since she is the direct counter to another of the noob stompers.
Widow is extremely difficult to fight even in high levels of play, such as OWL, contenders and t500.
She is not a noobstomp character. She is viable at all levels of play.
I personally classify noobstomp characters as those that are relatively easy to play and are only really viable at low levels of play and decimate other players that do not have the skill required to counter them yet.
You’ve got a weird definition of “noobstomp.”
Like you have to stand perfectly still for 8 seconds to be “noobstomped” by a Moira.
Orb + Grasp kills you in 2 seconds on an average (200 health) hero.
It is still a bunch of time, but it isn’t 8 seconds.
I was being facetious. But the point is that Moira’s not running around one-shotting noobs.
Yeah, but imagine if they removed her lifesteal and gave her Mercy’s “healshare” passive.
She doesn’t really have to, she’s probably the best duelist in the game in lower ranks. She doesn’t have to aim, multiple self heals and a get out of jail free button.

But with limited aiming 2 seconds is a long time making her the most annyoing in a 1v1 do to self heal being insane at 89hps shes hands down the most annyoing support to 1v1 as any hero out side one shots and tanks purly do to that
Yeah, and if you are good at DPS Moiraing to the point where you can wreck them, you don’t stay in those ranks for longer than a day.
I agree she isn’t the problem 
Yeah, don’t I know it, I main Sombra, absolutely she is a pain to fight, and she isn’t really a Sombra counter
But being an anti flanker is what she was built for.
