Logitech G Pro Wireless

That mouse does look beautiful, thanks for adding to the dilema, the side button travel distance could be an issue however, also did the latest firmware fix all the issues with it?

Poor build? Havent experienced it yet. But i used to buy a new mouse every 2-3 months but when i got this one i havent even looked at a new one.

The mouse actually feels as if its wireless.

I use the wired G Pro. I love it. Lately I have been thinking of getting the wireless… might make the jump.

Have been using the pro wireless for a year and a half I believe. Except for having to swap out the mouse feet once I haven’t had any issues with it yet. No issues at all even though it met my wall once already.

However if we have to convince you to give it a go its probably not the right thing for you. If it was you would have already fallen in love with it and tried it without needing the input from random strangers on the internet.

Random strangers that use mice every day are giving top advice imo, it’s just the price is of issue, I think hard before I spend Ā£120.

Ā£120 that should be roughly 133 €. I think I bought mine for 55 € on some online sale.

I also always thought that Austria was overly expensive when it comes to gaming stuff as a notebook thats 1000 $ in the US costs 1350 € over here, but it seems like there are even more expensive places around the world.

That said super ninja rates it as rank 9, just reviews on Amazon not great. Again same sensor as EC1, and 4ms latency.

I mean it’s personal preference some people like it just because its wireless etc

I own one but still til this day I’m using my Zowie S2, cords have never bothered me and i prefer the shape a lot better on the s2.

Personally i’d just go with a mouse which has good shape and is comfortable for you so you can get maximum aim potential. Don’t get me wrong the g pro wireless is great if its the shape for you.

All relative to income though… That’s why I use vpn for my subscription services

I think I’ve decided to try it out anyway now, nothing else compares for what I want.

Thanks for all the advice.

In an ideal world I would also buy a glorious D and the endgame gear xm1 and have them all lined up on a shelf above PC

not had any problems with it, really happy with it.
i was using a zowies s2 but its a bit too small and the g pro looks a bit to large, xm1 was inbetween. check out glorious , people say good things about them.

The 3360 should have a 1 ms delay.
Like which EC1? A or B as the 3360 sensor is a high end sensor.

The EC1-A used a PMW3310 which did nor had a 1:1 ratio (also owned the mouse and had issues with it)

But the EC1-B uses a 3360 for that very reason.

Does anyone play with vsync anyway?
I heard it affects framerate as well, probably because it’s buggy

Any form of sync especially V-sync is bad if you are playing shooters competitive.

I have a Gsync monitor and only have it on when not playing shooters as even Gsync adds a input delay.

Isn’t there one like adaptive sync and free sync that are supposedly good?

These are just for monitors IIRC

They are not as good as Gsync but you know free.

I’m using the G Pro Wireless and also the Viper Ultimate, and if im honest, Its a hard choice between them both, I prefor the feet on the viper, but and the extra grip, but still find myself using the G Pro Wireless too, the battery life on it compared to the Viper is incredible.

It really comes down to ergonomics. If you have a mouse with a ā€œflawless sensorā€, and the wireless that is at least equal to Logitech (people thinking there is any delay here need to do some reading quite honestly, that problem is waaay past solved), it really doesn’t matter, its all ergonomics at that point. As I type I use a G403 Wireless, essentially the same for all intents and purposes as the Lightspeed (which I also own), but I prefer the 403 for the grip (I am more palm than claw).

Note: On the ā€œinput delayā€ bogeyman and Gsync; many people seem unaware that you can at least in good part reduce this to the point it makes little to no difference with using the Nvidia Low Latency mode, which can be Off, On, or on Ultra. I have tried On and Ultra, and Ultra will lock say 144 Hz monitor to 138 as it limits the frames down, On IIRC is one frame. This with Gsync is pretty darn good for most players despite what they might think.

A few months ago I got the Logitech G602 on a fantastic sale (literally something like 50% off)

Personally I really like it (though I don’t really like playing Overwatch on PC, since I only have my Acer laptop for school to play it on :slightly_frowning_face:)

That said the cool mouse was the highlight of my PC Overwatch experience, I’m not well versed in the world of PCs and mouses but the G602 is pretty rad if I may recommend it

Well it’s not that bad when you play something with a controller - well, games that don’t require fast precise inputs.

Like Assassin’s Creed or racing games.

It doesn’t matter what other people use. Most of them are sponsored so they are just given the equipment. Mice these days are almost all identical performance wise. The only thing real thing that matters is the size/shape and your preference towards it.

Based on your list of mice, you seem to prefer all ergo mice. GPW is an ambi mouse. Only you can decide if that is the right shape/size for you.
