I have a login problem when i start the game on PS5 it gives . I’m in EU region and i checked my connection. The error is “NP-104627-0” and says something went wrong. I’ve checked my connection which is totally fine i also unistalled and installed the game again which nothing happened. So should i download the PS4 version cause it’s a shame i can’t play the native one. Will you fix it? Is it a server issue? Please reply.
According to Reddit users, that’s a PS5 cloud storage error. Blizzard’s error codes have a B in the front. They said restarting fixed it.
So what do i have to restart? The cloud sending the files? Please clarify. Thanks.
You’d need to talk to PS support about it. I literally Googled the error for you since it’s not from Blizzard’s software.
