Getting stuck in a login loop. I see several threads about this from a few years ago but I was able to log in last week and then a couple days ago I started getting this loop. If i install via steam it loops infinitely, and if I login though battle.net it keeps asking for my credentials but won’t log me in.
i am having the same problem and submitting the ticket was no help at all I wish someone can give me an answer, some people said its a phone number binding issue?
I believe that that was only if you changes phone numbers. My number is current and valid. I had a ticket open and was told that they could not help, and instead to make a post here.

I have the same issue (login loop steam and keeps asking for login details on battle net) and have tried all the solutions like restart PC, reinstall, reset router.
I even downloaded onto on laptop and had exact same issue as my PC.
No solution yet. I also took each of those steps and flushed my IP, all to no avail.
I think it is an account thing, the issue happened for me after I connected Steam.
I made another account to test and it connects/logins straight away but without Steam connection.
I’m also having the exact same issue - tried all the troubleshooting available and unlinked/relinked my Steam account multiple times. Loops on Steam and tells me bad credentials through BNet.
I’ve opened a ticket with support but I don’t have high hopes… I just want to have the skins and cosmetics I earned back in OW1!
After a back and forth with support (note I can log into OW2 no problem if I don’t use my main BNet account) they told me to F off. Below is the response… guess we’re just not playing OW2!

Many of us with this issue likely got the exact same automated response, only to be led to the forums where we now discover that a good amount of people have this issue, but still no solution.
same issue here. not gonna bother going to support since that doesn’t seem to help. I reset the password hoping that could fix the login issue since it would log me out of everything but no luck.
I’m having the same issue. They just keep saying to post it here. They say there is nothing they can do about it. It’s wild because I now have multiple paid copies with money I spent in game that I can no longer access. I asked about getting my money refunded but they somehow never read that part.
Log into battle.net website and change your password, then go again. Just did it and got back in on my Switch… that is, IF you can get in.
On a pc, clear your cookies and cache as well, maybe go incognito/private to log in. Once updated, make sure your phone number is added and try again on your console/pc to load the game
Tried this before, several times. Still doesn’t work.
Have changed passwords on completely unrelated PCs and on incognito mode, but the login loop persists.
Attaching different phone numbers that have never had any connection to bnet also don’t work.
Yeah, because it is an issue on blizzard’s end. That is why another account on the same PC/Internet works fine for me but my main one doesn’t after linking it with Steam.
Considering this issue has existed for at least 2 or more years (based off posts I’ve seen saying the same thing from 2022 or older), I have little hope they will actually do something about it.
Just moving up this topic. It’s unbelivable the lack of support…
I have been trying to login every day since I posted this. Today it worked. I have done nothing differently.
