My account is glitched to where I can’t log in, from what I understand, when I try to log into the game via Xbox, it will not let me log into my account without verifying an all ready verified sms, so it directs me to this website that I cannot load on any device, and when I back out of it on Xbox, it gives the error code, “no console credentials in finishsmschallenge”, i canot play the game and I’ve tried everything from using a different phone number to uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

No, and sadly I canot seem to get anyone’s help with this problem either, I’ve just been told to uninstall and reinstall by devs over and over and over, but nothing they have gave me has worked

I am having the same issue. Uninstalled the game. Reset everything. Tried on many different internets. Even went as far as clearing the unused catch i had on my xbox for the game, nothing has worked. Please devs fix this I just want to play the game. If anyone from overwatch sees this my battle tag is Tvxic#1690. I need my game back ;(

I had this exact same issue last night and still struggling with it, did you guys ever find a way to fix it?
