For the past 6 months, I’ve been unable to launch the game on Ps5, desktop, or nintendo switch. Everytime I try to launch the game it says “Login Error, Failed to connect to game server. Please try again later.” I’ve tried everything that techsupport has suggested and nothing worked. Any tips or suggestions?
Have you tried through battlenet website, mobile app or authenticator? You can always try to submit a ticket about losing access to your account. There are some few cases that suspicious activity are detected and they lock the account until it is solved. But if was banned for whatever reason, I wouldn’t have my hopes high, due rarely bans are reversible.
