Depending on what map pops up, determines what character I am going to pick… I might pick Symmetra on one map, but not on another. So the AUTOLOCK 2-2-2 RUINS this… BAD.
DEVELOPERS: change it so teammates can CHANGE ROLE with one another if they agree to it. OR, change the game so you can PICK what map you want to play on, or let us know the MAP in advance before we choose role so we can strategize.
because of the different sr per role this wont happen
Then the solution if we cant change roles MIDGAME is to let us know the map we will be playing on.
Dont pick Symm then. Easy peasy 
I hope we get Map or Map type selection or at least give us a chance to vote which Map type we would like to be queued on more and less for others.

Yeah, the map also determines composition. They should let you know what game you’re gonna get into at least.
That would increase queue times substantially because it would lock you to one pool of players. Maybe as an opt in feature… But sadly, even though I would love the feature, I am going to have to pass because I play DPS. Rofl.
Just swap to a different dps hero, why is that so hard?
Whelp there goes my endorsement level, it probably will stay lvl 1 from now on with the constant leaving games before the match begins depending on which map I get.
Not only now I have to keep an eye which map I like and which don’t but now I might have to deal with the roles depending on the map as well.
Because depending on the map, I might do really well with a particular DPS but prefer to heal on other maps. STRATEGY.

With this stupid endorsements system, players report you for “throwing” if you dont let them play the character you picked… or dont go in voice chat. Auto de-endorsement there.

Well, there’s no strategy because you’ll have separate SR … which means you’ll need to heal on every map!
I havent tried ptr yet, but dont u pick a role to que for, get that role, then when u see the map and load in you pick a hero from that role?
“Inflexible” is that one trick autolock pony’s that only play hanzo/widow, no matter how bad they are doing and refuse to switch.
Having a strategy with symmetra by using teleporter’s on particular maps to get past choke is strategy, not inflexiblity.
