It says “Phone number is already in use”.
No it’s not. I removed it from my account because I don’t want you to have my phone number. Now today you want my SMS code again, and now it says it’s in use.
If you’re a new player of the Overwatch games, you’ll need your phone number connected. I don’t think 2FA turns off if you remove the number.
