Due to Overwatch disconnecting with no warning multiple times, I have been locked out of Comp play.
Disconnections count as leaving and will be penalized appropriately. Competitive Play mode suspensions and bans cannot be appealed. See this topic for further details:

I wanted to take some time today to discuss Leaver Penalties and how they relate to Technical issues. We understand that leaver penalties are an annoying thing to experience.
