During the second stage of control point on busan, i was trapped in a spawn room by my self that had doors closed. i was unable to swap charters and for the remainder of the match i was unable to assist my team, leading to a loss and drop in sr. ps. i was playing as roadhog

This just happened to one of my teammates on Busan as well. They stayed in spawn when the doors closed, and when the second round started, they were stuck in spawn. I told them to leave and to join back and that seemed to have worked.
I have mine, look at right team POV of “Pocket-_-orthrow” during the end of first round and start there.
