If Bastion is in turret mode with a healer you can’t do anything to him he is way to overpowered buff his normal state and nerf his turret mode

Bastion is not in need of nerfs.
He may seem strong and oppressive when you just started playing the game, but you will quickly realize he’s pretty easy to deal with, even with a pocket healer.
