Literally every part of anas kit is op

primary

High primary HPS.
Long range heals/damage.
High speed projectiles.
Huge healing projectiles. (Bigger than junkrat nades.)
decent primary damage.

sleep

long range cc.
very low cast time.
very big projectile size. (even bigger than her primary heals)
guarantees death in close range.
very long cc duration.

nade

good radius.
decent damage.
good burst heal.
long duration.
low downtime. (only 6 seconds)
decent cooldown.
makes thing unkillable with pocket.
guarantees death in close range.

nano

saves teammates with terrible positioning.
500 effective insta heal.

its funny ana mains cry so hard when they reduce her healing by 5. lol

Ana would be stupid as helll to nano a random over extending teammate. Nano isn’t some instant win you can easily focus that person down if your team was worth a crap.

Nade needs to be 2-3 seconds On enemy instead of 4 always advocated that( but than again I’m more of a defensive Ana.)

Everything else in her kit is fine.

No mobility
Only form of self defense is a skill shot
Has to choose between nading herself, her team, or the enemy team
Doesn’t even have good damage for a support
Yea she’s fine

How does Zen even hypothetically deal 300 DPS?

It’s a skill shot, GM’s average 9 sleeps a game.

Wanna hear a funny fact?
If they were to reduce her antiheal from 100% to 50% her pickrate would also drop by half, that’s how busted it is

That won’t do anything lol, 27.5 heals per second from mercy won’t save anyone.

Math checks out, that’s more than I would have thought.

? ofc it does
and there are 2 healers in 1 team

its not any bigger than most projectiles in the game

3 shotting a squishy isn’t good damage for a support? Compared to Moira, Brig, Mercy, and Lucio?

She has some of the lowest averages for damage in the game. Bap, Moira, lucio, and zen out damage her on average.

Mainly because if she’s doing damage, she isn’t healing. But her capability for damage is definitely very high in comparison, minus Zen obviously, and Bap because he can do the double shot trick.

The “issue” with Ana is that she’s allowed to have big impact on the game with her utility, which is balanced out by drawbacks such as more difficulty or healing and lack of mobility and self peel. However, with all the nerfs to impactful abilities the other supports have had her drawbacks just aren’t big enough to not pick her anymore (nevermind that the community just got better with her). She also has the benefit of being one of the least changed supports in the game, so people don’t have to adapt to constant changes.
