If you like playing Hammond, I think you might also like Winston! Both require pretty good positioning/gamesense and make space by disrupting/harassing but don’t rely on aim too much (mostly in Winston’s case).

Is true than I don’t play winston enough to talk about him but the main problem with him is when I ult I feel like I just feed 1500hp for enemy team because primal is very hard to use imo
Also with Hammond I can combo a Hanzo and flee before start feeding with the shields.

IMO Hammond is a better winston so I don’t need the feel to play him but thanks for the reply
Actually I do have trembling hands too… it varies a lot from rather stable to not being able to track properly. 
That’s why I mostly preferred playing flicking heroes, since you don’t have to have a stable hand for a prolonged period of time, but only be precise on the flicks. That’s why my most played heroes (over all modes) include Widow, Ana, Hanzo, McCree and Zenyatta and it was enough to get to GM (decaying currently).
I do love playing Hammond too though, however if your tracking is good you will feel much stronger (but his base kit also works fine without great aim).
If you are looking for heroes that don’t require much aim, besides Brig and Moira there is still Mercy of course. Lucio is also okay to play without great aim, spamming the chokes and focussing more on his auras and boop.
In general, you should also be fine playing Junkrat and Orisa, spamming the choke even though they are better if you can aim well with them (similar to Hammond, you can use their kit just fine without having great aim).
P.S.: I tried working on improving my tracking and the results vary from day to day but I feel like despite my slightly trembling hands I am improving. Depending on how severe it is for you, I wouldn’t give up on other heroes. Low sensitivity makes the trembling less noticeable in game.

While you have to aim somewhat, these hero’s don’t have to quite as much as the other hero’s in their rank.
For dps: Reaper, Sym, Trob, Mei and Junkrat.
Tanks: Winston, Hammond, Rine, Dva and Orisa.
Supports: Mercy, Lucio, Moria and Brig.
If you’re at a high rank, Reaper, Junkrat and Hammond won’t be as good without having good aim.

I don’t know if it’s been brought up yet but I actually think Sombra is quite a good DPS if your aim isn’t as good. Since you can make up for your bad aim with shotcalling, perfect hacks and ways to enable your team. Only if they’re willing to work with you though, that’s the only catch.
Lucio doesn’t necessarly require great aim. And your little tremble can help because as Lucio I often shoot my three projectiles while moving left-right very fast to spread them a little bit when I’m far from the enemy team. Being them relatively slow projectiles it’s more about predicting where the enemy will be than aiming at him (you will still need a little bit of skill on pointing your weapon but not as much as a hitscan or a hanzo).
Winston doesn’t require aim
Junkrat could be your man as well

Try Lucio and mercy. Great mobility.
Sym and torb are good choices too.
