Ana completely denies Roadhog’s existence. Which is odd considering that her Nanoboost synergizes the best with Roadhog’s ult.
Sombra completely destroys Doomfist and Hammond. They are effectively useless without abilities.
Bastion completely destroys Winston. There is no way a full health Bastion will ever lose a 1v1 with a full health Winston. (If you do manage to do this…ok.)

Mei wrecks (HA) Hammond if he isn’t really, really careful about playing around her. She’s good at slowing him or throwing walls (or her iceblocked self!) in the way of his swings/escapes.
Ashe counters Mercy and Brigitte. Dynamite disables Mercy’s regeneration and she’s easily killed off with a bodyshot. Brigitte can be set on fire around her shield, which also does a load of damage to the shield itself. At best, she has to retreat to her team immediately; if she can’t, you can easily take the shield down and finish her off.
Widow counters Ashe pretty hard by being vastly more capable in sniper duels.
Mei wall is usually a strong answer to Bastion.
A lot have changed now but this was from January 2018.
Winston completely destroys Ana. The moment he drops shield in a team fight, ana can’t heal, damage, nade or sleep anyone. Ana also only has a 50% chance to live against a winston dive depending if she can land sleep on him or not, which really comes to luck on her part. If Ana tries to sleep winston mid air before he lands, he can pop bubble to negate it. If ana saves it for after he lands and tries to sleep him, he can play around his barrier against her.
Mei’s also a hard counter to Ana. Wall cuts her off from helping her team, and cryo is very much like winstons’ shield scenario.
I’d like to see Brigitte deal with Junk, Pharah and Hog.
