Video explains in depth. The slowing effect is vastly reduced of even removed when pairing the perk Liquid Nitrogen with Powers Iceberg and Cryclone. Also Avalanche doesn’t affect these mini Blizzards, even though Blizznado affects them both. I think this is a second bug, or could be described differently (it might be too stong, but even so it’s currently misleading)
