- Deploy a platform on top of a “standable” moving entity, like a payload, a boat (on Rialto) or a flying platform (Practice Range, Route 66 and others). Make sure to not activate it yet
- Let the moving entity travel somewhere else
- Jump on the platform
- Let the platform “reset” itself - you can trigger that by standing at the very edge of the platform or just jump off
- Watch it fly back to the same position where it was first deployed (unless it collides with a map geometry, then it stops there)
Once the platform resets itself but it doesn’t land on top of some map geometry or a “standable” entity, you won’t be able to activate it until it collides with a “standable” entity again
