Lifeweaver’s hair is quite literally glowing in his “Rose” victory pose. This seems to happen with all of his skins as well.

I noticed the same problem today. I also saw it happen live in a game so I can confirm it is not exclusive to the hero gallery. It also affects not only his hair, but his eyebrows and his eyes as well. Very weird bug, but it’s pretty. He looks like Rapunzel, lol.
Edit: I noticed a couple other things about the glowing Lifeweaver pose that may help narrow down what causes the bug.
- His hair glowing appears to be caused by the texture used for his Healing Blossom being applied to his hair, eyebrows, and the edges of his eyes (eyelashes?)
- His eyes have also changed strangely, where the iris is just white and surrounded by black on all sides.
- The reason this bug appears on only the “Rose” victory pose and no others appears to be because Rose is the only victory pose that uses the “full charge” version of LW’s Healing Blossom, which has a different texture than the default, or at least different shaders.

So this has been bugged for almost the entire season now…
