Lifeguard pharah being unavailable to purchase

Hello! Is anybody else having a issue of being unable to purchase pharah summer games “lifeguard” legendary skin? As for me its saying its unable even though its a summer game skin.

It not even showing up as a “missing” skin for pharah I have to search for it though the Filters instead of seeing it at the bottom where it would be if it was locked or unbought.

Any help would be appreciated greatly as I am very confused on what happened to it as its an overwatch 1 skin and i should be able to purchase it with my legacy credits

Some overwatch skins don’t show up in the hero gallery because they were event exclusive or like another exclusive (comic book tracer, dr Ziegler, etc) I do remember seeing those skins show up in the hero gallery in season 1 but being unable to buy them since they were locked.

And then with the lifeguard pharah issue, I believe this is because playstation plus users can get it for free by downloading it if they have ps+

i even tried going on switch to buy it its still unavailable. :frowning: maybe there’s a bundle coming soon or it will be in the just for you section
