Considering racial minorities, lgbtq, and women are targeted all the time in overwatch cyberbullying (not just overwatch though - many other games and parts of the internet) I have to disagree
Now I represent two of those categories and it doesn’t bother me that much but I know some people are more deeply affected
In fact - I think it’d be important for overwatch to have a stronger political presence, especially if this stuff is happening on their turf. Bullying is not okay
By a stronger political presence i mean some type of positive influence on cyber bullying and on these issues
I also say this because it literally happens WITHIN their community. If I had a classroom of students , and I noticed discrimination/bullying going on, it would be extremely neglectful for me to say - “my only job is to teach math. So let’s ignore that stuff and only talk about math.”
