I pretty much always say “We got this!” as soon as the attack doors open up. I’m just throwing out a little motivation and good spirit out there for my team. I’m just letting my team know I’m pumped and I’m going to do my best to lead them to Glory!

Are you kidding? From my experience 90% of the time someone says 'Let’s win this" We actually win the match. positivity promotes better gameplay… If you get a lot of people like this, please let me know which server you play on.

I do the same thing. I say things like i believe in you! The majority of people respond well to positive reinforcement.
Was playing with a team member who started the game saying "ok if me being teamed up with and against diamonds isn’t a sign, idk what is. My response was that you are going to make diamond. Unsurprisingly we won.
I WISH I heard this more often, means people are in the voice chat and someone is actively trying to raise the team’s morale. How the f*ck do you view this as a bad thing?

Do the pool tables count?
If nothing else, it breaks the ice in chat.
Also the first thing said in chat sets the tone of the match in my experience. If someone starts the match by saying something positive, the team is overall far more positive than if it’s negative.
“Go 2-2-2 or I switch to Torb on attack.”
Gives even better results.
So I do this to spread some motivation but all I get sometimes is : **** you or s*** up.
