Though aspects of the GOATS comp can be switched, the one hero that has to be part of the team comp is Brigitte.

everyone has to move together, lucio speeds team into enemy, or objective, healers try to out heal the damage taken and when the dust settles, one 1 team will prevail.
Thats basically how you run goats, and once you master that, then you can look at big plays like bash-shatter, like how team UK DESTROYED USA during the world cup.

Swap Moira to Zen, and this would be a lot more accurate. I haven’t seen Moira played in a very long time. This is especially true for Dive GOATs.
originally moira was in goats, and it is still used, just look at team france in the world cup.
She’s certainly used, but she’s not as popular. Within the rock-paper-scissors matchup of GOATs comps, Zen beats Ana, Ana beats Moira, and Moira beats Zen. However, Moira GOATs isn’t as reliable of a counter to Zen GOATs as the other matchups. Zen GOATs is the most popular GOATs choice for that and a few other reasons including having an extra defense ultimate.

Ana > Moira > Zenyata > Ana is the support hierarchy in GOATS, Biotic Grenade nullifies Moira’s healing, Discord Orb nullifies Ana’s healing and Moira’s multi target healing outvalues Discord Orb.
Zarya is NEVER replaced in GOATS, 100% energy and 100 armour Zarya is the team’s win condition. Generally D.va is the flex slot for a Mei or a Roadhog, but now that Brigitte can no longer Shield Bash thru’ barriers she’s more likely to become the flex slot in the future.
The Winston, D.va, Zarya, Lucio, Zenyata and Brigitte comp is really another animal entirely, now that Brigitte can no longer Shield Bash thru’ barriers there’s no way to force the Discord Orb onto the Reinhardt so Zenyata should see less play and Ana should be the dominant pick as Ana > Moira.
Triple Tank Dive has been around for a really long while, Winston, D.va, Zarya, Lucio, Zenyata and Winston, D.va, Roadhog, Lucio, Zenyata was popular back in season 9 and the Zarya and Brigitte only really became staple when people realized how busted the shield and armour health interaction is.

ana and moira are outdated
No one blindpicks Ana GOATs any more, because Zen is a better allrounder and decimates the Ana variation.
Moira is a more specialized pick that you play against comps like Sombra/Doom dive who specializes in taking out the Zenyatta despite the strong backline presence of GOATs. You CAN run her into Zen GOATs, but it’s generally only done if you recognize that you are outmatched, and attempt to win by simply running it down mid as hard as you can for as long as Moira can sustain, and hope you outbrawl them in the ~20 seconds you have, or lose to the superior pressure of discord.
I realize the OP is relatively old, but the support list is entirely wack.
The Mei variation is very cheesy, and generally works because Mei is an Xfactor that many teams have little to no practice playing against. Removing D.va makes you extremely vulnerable to Pharah/Hanzo spam damage comps on maps where Mei is relevant.
You’re also leaving out the triple dive tank (Winston, Hammond, D.va) version that is run on hybrid first point attacks with prevalent highgrounds, like Numbani. Some team favor simply running triple dps with a Hammond solo tank, however.
