They’ve failed miserably, not surprised they are out of touch with this game. Balance state of the game dictates the queue times, and you need to stop pretending it’s not. The game tells you something else. And they are indeed favoring the support role, it has been proved for many times. I’m not saying things out of the blue just to argue aimlessly, I’ve experienced it myself.
