Let's be thankful

Fellow players, regardless of your rank, endorsement level anything like that. Let’s be thankful for all the development team does. Yes they make mistakes. They are human. They also haven’t made as big of a mistake as the Diablo team made.

Moment of silence for all those Diablo fans out there who were betrayed, left heart broken…

Moment of silence for DIablo indeed
The fact that people think we’re the golden child of blizzard says a lot about how bad Blizzard has been in recent years.

Also a moment of silence for when the devs said “don’t you guys have phones?”

I like Ashe: she looks like a fun hero. Thanks, Blizzard!

D-did they really?. Oh my…Diablo fans, my sincerest condolences.

The problem with the devs is they let their “mistakes” last a little bit to long and it drove a lot of the player base away. There were bugs that lasted for almost an entire year, and then when they “fixed” these bugs, it created even worse ones that are here now.

That was hands down the worst possible thing that dev could have said in that very moment. It came off as so damn condescending and belittling to the fanbase.

Could someone explain to me what this whole Diablo fiasco is to me?

… You want me to be thankful they didnt treat us like an utter joke? thats like thanking someone for not running you over with their car “oh yes thank you for stopping and letting me cross the road instead of running me over in your giant crushing death machine”

They have an ego complex. What do us snot-nosed whiney community members know about game design, philosophy, and balance? NOTHING! Their ideas are perfect and saying otherwise would hurt their feelings!

As a Diablo fan I can tell ya. The “NEW and IMPROVED” Diablo Immortal is played, or will be played, on your smart phone. Unless you have an iPhone, then you are just SOL till they put it out for that system. An IF you happen to not have an advanced enough smartphone, or don’t even have a smartphone, you just can’t play at all. Then, there is RL places to visit in either RL or virtually to get a CHANCE for a Real Life item from the game…

Yeah, kinda missed the mark…

The development team should step it up. I’ve thanked them for plenty but they got some stuff to fix.

Why would you play Diablo on a phone.

GOOD QUESTION… As long as it takes to go through levels you are supposed to use your right thumb to do attack moves (push buttons) on an iPhone (IF they ever get it into their store) or Android devise for hours on end?

I thank GOD, and will probably give grace and appreciation everyday now, just because the OW team is NOT the Diablo team.

A moment of silence to the Diablo hardcores… may you rest in peace.

Thank you, blizzard developers… for doing developer stuff that you’re supposed to do.

Yeah, after how they treated - and are still treating - Diablo fans, all of a sudden my complaints about Overwatch seem to be coming from a very privileged position. The next time I feel like calling OW devs out too harshly, I’ll remember that we could have the Diablo devs working on our game, and give thanks for what we’ve got.

Careful, they may decide to make it to where you can play OW on your phone. But not for a LONG while at least, I hope.
This fiasco is as bad, if not worst, than when someone at Blizzcon asking for a server for Original WOW game play and getting the reply “You may think you know what you want, but you don’t.”
We now have Classic WOW servers :-3
