the rework has failed and made her too strong
they had to nerf her 8 times and she is still most picked healer
Rez as E is a mistake ,she gets a free rez every 30 seconds for doing nothing.
It needs to be her ult or PART of her ult.
LOS, maybe cast time
give her a good e ability to compensate (flight,knockback) so she can save herself when needed on a cooldown
and bam,better mercy.

So essentially, from your OP, you genuinely think that since you think mass rez is bad, we should stop fighting for it.
Rez as an ult really only ‘needs’ LoS and no invulnerability.
The rest is up for debate and restricting it any further would be overkill in my opinion. It used to be considered a death sentence (pre-invulnerability) without a painfully long cast time, imagine how awful it would be with one.

We want to revert Mercy to a state where she was not overpowered, before she was reworked. She has been OP ever since.

She was OP even before rework. That was the whole point of the rework to begin with. It made her less OP but still not enough.
maybe just move the single rez to her ult and call it a day.
Devs made a whole post about why they reworked, please go quote them on the OP part.

Hahaha. The rework made her more overpowered than any hero before or after, with the possible exception of the undying Bastion.
if you don’t remember the 30 seconds hide and seek you should play the game more.
Well, i remember the stats at the time and they proved that the whining was exaggerated. Mercy was not overpowered, just annoying to play against because of the invulnerability.
