I think a support sombra rework would be interesting. If not then a rework where they remove invis is probably the next best thing. But don’t make her worse pls 
No, they will not change her indentity. Period. The issue is Virus. Its stupid anyway. It needs to be removed, and put controlable stealth back in, even if its temporary. Increase her hack to like 2 or 2.5 seconds. and “maybe” increase her gun damage. done
Ehhh. I dunno. Her hero concept legit needs to be reevaluated as this stealth hacker in 5v5. Even if you remove her up front burst with virus, it’s not fun being constantly hacked by an auto lock on ability. Especially if you’re solo tanking.
They already have the groundwork done for a support Sombra. So I don’t see why they just can’t push that to the live game, and balance it accordingly.

shes not a stealth “hacker” right now. shes an assasin more like. Its why virus neds to be removed an increase her useless hack duration. u also cant hack the same target twice until it wears of, so its not “constant”
Just look at mirrorwatch Sombra at a baseline, and then tune her numbers accordingly. I know mirrorwatch Sombra isn’t gonna be perfectly balanced outta the gate, but it’s a pretty solid start.

She’s already not good, she is annoying.
Literally just stand closer to your supports or communicate that you need more peel from you team. Almost any amount of healing negates her damage output.
i didnt really play the mirrorwatch event, but its an interesting concept from what i have heard from others
She is already worse that’s the problem.
She is bad cause her kit allows someone to hide play a grief style and enjoy it.
This sombra threw hard for their team.
While my mercy didn’t have peace of mind and i couldn’t play properly as I’m bodyguardibg wasting concussion to get sombra .
Like we stomped them yet felt frustrated to the core, while enemy tank was ranting the hell out.
Why not just have everyone put down their controller so can have your easy win? About that? Oh I know anyone who plays against you must use a busted up controller and mouse and keyboard.
