Legendary Lootbox on Battle Pass Not Unlocking

Hello! I’m not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I noticed that tier 6 on the paid battle pass that gives you “Follow my Lead” Reinhardt voice line is also supposed to give you 1 legendary loot box. Mine says “owned” on the screen but the legendary loot box (on the list to the left) has a lock next to it. As well, in my loot box menu, the legendary tab shows no legendary loot boxes available to open. Could someone please look into this? I have provided a screenshot below with what I am seeing on my screen.

UGH YES IM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE!! I’ve contacted support and everything and they’re blaming me entirely!

So I paid closer attention as I went through the rest of the battlepass and I did get legendary boxes for tier 36 and tier 76, even with the locked icon. I’ll be honest, I don’t remember if I got my lootbox at tier 6 because I opened a bunch at the same time, but I just wanted to let people know it could just be a visual bug @ lock in the received rewards.
