Replication Steps:

Windows 11
Launched from Battle net
Queue for Support & Tank Role
Finish Game
Be in the countdown to auto-queue for the next game
Open Legendary Lootbox from the option in the bottom right of home screen when a loot box is available
Press Open
While Opening animation plays select ‘change role’ from the auto-countdown menu
This will lock to a black screen, then upon exit display a strange camera angle of the backdrop and a loot box model that is cannot be interacted with
