I just got Overwatch for the first time a few days ago and got the legendary edition for Xbox One. Inside were two codes, one for in-game skins, one for other items. I redeemed both codes but only received the items for other games ( the second code), all the skins were not received. After submitting support tickets, they suggested that I post my issue here so that a developer can fix it for me and send me the missing skins. I can provide photos of the codes and proof that I own the legendary edition of Overwatch.
My account is also properly linked, confirmed by the support team. ( I have also spoken to Xbox support and nothing they suggested worked…) I am hoping that I will get the missing skins and this won’t be a permanent issue.
As a side note I am also missing the “loot boxes” that are promised as well in the bonuses.
