i have 2100 legacy competitive points and made sure to get at least 900 in season 9 as it said the 2024 comp points would be converted to legacy points at the end of the comp season, so when season 10 starts i should have enough for a gold gun.
Then they go and change it so 2024 comp points dont get converted anymore, now i have 2100 useless comp points.

No, they said the new points would be converted to legacy points at the start of next year, not next season.

But you dont get any as reward for your rank at season end anymore?
so ive got 2100 legacy comp points and no way to do anything with them for 8 months, great decision from blizzard to add a whole new currency to buy the same thing

yeah join the club, I had like 5100 before they announced a new currency so I bought one gold gun as soon as I heard that news so now I too have a similar amount that is just sitting there. it’s truly one of the decisions of all time

They clearly created a broken system and have no intention of fixing it.
It doesnt take a genius to realise it doesnt make sense.
They are probably grieving the player base for not buying their terrible story mode.

Venture character design is another clear indication they dont care, just getting lazy at this point.
