When Tracer is meta the game is fun, putting her damage at 5.5 will just give us another poke/sniper meta with a Mercy healbot keeping everyone alive and rezing. Most high elo players including offmeta 1 tricks agree that Tracer being meta is healthy for the game. At 5.5 damage she won’t compete because healing numbers are still those of OW1.

I get that gold players hate DPS as a role and like it when they can healbot everything and never die but most high elo players think Tracer is healthy for the game. Any non-Tracer meta is even more oppressive than Tracer metas, it’s only gold supports who are bad asf that think Tracer needs nerfs, l2p issue really.

Support is currently the most unfun role in the game, and tracer had a hand in that
she didnt need the buff in the first place, she was fine
