I played about 20 games and only won 2! There are only cheaters and smurfs in the game, and my teammates can’t do anything in the game! At the same time, I had the highest statistics on the team! There are also a lot of AFK players! The game is turning more and more into a garbage dump! It’s horrible! This is anti-advertising for new skins! And to be honest, I’m not surprised by the presence of a large number of cheaters and smurfs who want to grind event tasks faster.

idk about cheaters but it would only been surprising if the event was actually good.
They need to fix it so if the opposing team want to screw you out of a win when you’re in front they can’t just all leave and then you get nothing.

I think they won’t change anything, they are satisfied with the reputation of the game as a garbage dump. They should initially balance selection based on win rate.
I played in a stack and won like 90% of my games. Still felt like it took around 3 hours to get 500 points.

This is not fair because in a party, players always have more advantages.
Brigitte is a strong character in this game. But the problem is not with the character, but with the balance of the game. My teammates don’t do anything in the game and can’t kill enemies, when you help your teammates, the entire enemy team starts focusing on you and kills you in 1 second, you don’t get any healing, teammates don’t protect you. Teammates have a slow reaction in the fight. If you fight 1 on 1 from enemy team distance, enemy teammates will immediately run to the rescue.

TLDR, I didn’t enjoy it at all.
Longer, here’s my experience:
There is no explanation of what the objective is, you’re just thrown in and have to have a match where you’re essentially throwing while you figure out the spawn locations and objective.
Every time I played, no one on my team would pick a support. If they did pick a support, they completely ignored healing.
I didn’t once get a teammate that understood or cared what the objective was. They thought we were playing 3v3 deathmatch. We scored 0 points and the enemy captured all of the tickets.
I have a miserable time attempting to group up with these people, or trying to play the objective while Junkrat yells garbage non-stop at the top of his voice. A load of cheesy K-Pop stuff happens, and it just feels like I’m in an advert for the skins.
Not fun, wouldn’t recommend.

It’s capture the flag. Of course it’s bad.
There aren’t smurfs. It’s a quick play mode. People are stacking with friends of all ranks.
And if you’ve lost 18… Someone must be winning.

i didnt think it was bad as far as an event mode…it was an improvement over regular CTF if im being honest
i had several teams leave and not once did a match end

Had the same experience. Brig anchors the team. Two games, two wins, and I’m out. The only one I didn’t get was 500 points and honestly it doesn’t seem like you need that challenge to get the skin.
It’s an okay mode, but some of the people playing it are pretty bad.

Honestly, I thought it was fine. It reminds me a bit of the Roadhog Catchamari mode. It’s fine, nothing super exciting like Prop Hunt but also not terrible like Starwatch.
You really have to stick together as a team if you split up you lose.
My 2nd game of this mode this happened, then almost on my 3rd game except backfill managed to just kick in. Seeing as it’s an arcade mode, if the other team leaves and the server closes it should count as a win.

Tried, zero fun, never played again.
Being only allowed to play 5 out of the 38 heroes this game has to offer feels bad. I hate it here.
I just came here to say this. Played 2 games. I still don’t understand what am I supposed to do with that Light Stick lmao.
On the first game I was like… What am I supposed to do? I felt like a drunk chicken.
Second game, I started to get tickets and play the objectives while the enemy team and my team where running like drunk chickens.
I wanna play the third game but I still haven’t figured out what am I supposed to do with that stick after Junkrat is killed lmao.
The light stick is the same as ten tickets, so you deposit it in the capture zone once its active.
ima be real, for event modes in the shooting games i play (r6, overwatch… i havent played enough val to know if they have event modes), I don’t expect much.
theyre rarely fun compared to the core game in long term.

Yep it is. I was qued with friends. We went in and went up 14-0. Enemy team played paper rock scissors and miraculously never died after that and they went 30-0 and won. Glad this game is properly balanced.
A filthy garbage dump, played about 50 games, and only won about 5 games. Damn the Overwatch 2 developers.
