Okay i’ve had enough of waiting now, it’s been almost 6 months since i lost access to my account due to a LC-208.001 Error me and all others that have experienced this issue SHOULD NOT BE LOSING ACCESS TO OUR ACCOUNTS THAT WE HAVE SPENT SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY ON FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL!! this is really really annoying me and everyone else that have had this issue Blizzard support please focus on us for once please just focus on the players that have lost access to their accounts due to this stupid error
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

Yes i have, i have done every step, ever salutation, and nothing has worked
its probably something on the console end itself or your ISP firewall is blocking access
I have the same problem as you. You’re not going crazy and all these other people telling you to do the generic fixes won’t help I have done them all to no avail. I opened a ticket and they said they will escalate the issue up the chain. But I honestly don’t believe it. I have waited 4 weeks now and seeing that you have waited six months makes me lose hope they definitely don’t care about us our time or our money.
I just got a post removed because someone who literally cheats on console got upset that console is not mouse and keyboard only. They definitely do not care in the slightest. I guess get the game on PC and then they will help.
