If I had a nickel for every DPS/Tank that left my games mid match because they were doing extremely poorly or whatever else. and now you want me to finish this off as a 4v5? or a 3v5?

Looks like everyone here is dense. I laugh due to the nature of the penalty. Exp as a penalty is laughable and does not prevent any further leaving.

Can’t be entirely true. I’ve backfilled into games that were half done. Sometimes, we turn the game around. I’m sure some people leave when they’re about to lose, but I’d bet my account that most people just rage quit.
Leaving is selfish behavior and deserves worse, even in QP. Every time you leave you create a bad experience for another player. The only silver lining is that usually you’re the worst person on the team and get replaced by someone better.
