Latency spikes causing issues

Over the last week I’ve been experiencing latency spikes that cause everyone in my matches to rubberband around, or it might just be my character but it makes it incredibly hard to play. Normal latency is around 30-50ms and it spikes to 200+. I ran WinMTR and here is what I got:

Had something like that a while ago, I just uninstalled a recent windows update and updated drivers.

While your test is not showing spikes into the 200ms range, there is packet loss throughout your test on the ISP’s network. There is also another player that has posted about issues on your same ISP. I recommend calling up the ISP to work on a resolution.
