My latency in Overwatch used to be around 50ms, but now it is around 100ms. Also, I am constantly experiencing packet losses and several disconnects. What should I do to get this problem solved?

This is a late update, but the internet is finally stable now. Although the isp said the modem was working fine, he said that the modem was overheating and the cables outside were getting repairs, which were the main issues. Thank you very much for helping me along the entire way.
